Welcome to the world of handmade books. I have always had a love for books and how they can hold a special place in my heart. So, from reading them, to making them as a hobby, was a simple step and from there I discovered a new love.

 

The very earliest books were all hand made, using pen and parchment, elegantly decorated in colour using ink, and were only affordable my the wealthy.

 

Not all books are for reading, others are to capture and create memories, used for shopping lists, journals, dairy's the list is endless, and that is where Bay Bindery comes in. Being a small business producing great designs for anyone budget, each notebook is unique.

 

Starting as a hobby making books for myself, I now make them for everyone to enjoy.
